installing driver for ATI Mobility Radeon X1350 on xp

Hi,
I'm having some problems installing my ATI Mobility Radeon X1350.
I first had Vista pre-installed on my HP Compaq 6820s, but after somme issues with software that wouldn't work, I installed Win XP SP3. There were somme components that were not properly installed, like my graphical card, and my sound card.

I downloaded the driver for my graphics card; catalyst_8-31-100-3-2-1_vista32-64_rtm

The install works, but I notice that the card still isn't working,
at the end it gives gives you the option to view the log,

This is the log whenn I install it,
