Malware waits on no one, so I like to move quickly when I can. I also appreciate prompt replies, it makes it much easier to work the fix.
Thanks for uploading the file. ComboFix is updated frequently, it's ok to allow it to update when it makes that request, but there's no need to run it again at this time.
Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs):
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03
These is outdated, and a security risk by having it installed still. Unfortunately, Java does not uninstall previous version when you update, nor tell you that you should.
Leave Java(TM) 6 Update 7 alone, as it has the most recent security updates.

here to run an online scannner from ESET.
- Note: You will need to use Internet explorer for this scan
- Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
- Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
- Click Start
- When asked, allow the activex control to install
- Click Start
- Make sure that the option Remove found threats is unticked, and the option Scan unwanted applications is checked
- Click Scan
- Wait for the scan to finish
- Use notepad to open the logfile located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt
- Copy and paste that log as a reply to this topic and also let me know how things are now.
