Wireless Internet Connection Drops

I'm actually attempting to get some help for our internet here at work, and you guys have helped me personally in the past. So hopefully this works.

We have three computers in our office: 1 wired and two wireless. One of our wireless terminals' internet stopped working a few weeks back. The other two computers worked fine, but this one was completely out. I called AT&T Customer Service and, after a few hours of messing with router settings, we thought we had fixed this. Finally the third computer was able to connect.

Well, except not. The connection drops all the time. I'm willing to bet I'll have to reconnect by the time I finish typing all of this. I have to manually reconnect (and also re-enter the WEP key, as the connection keeps switching to automatic) every 20 minutes or so. For a business that relies on the internet, this can get pretty annoying. Equally annoying, however, is spending my day on the phone with AT&T.

We have a Netgear router and a basic AT&T wireless thingie (you can see why I need your help) attached to the spotty computer.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Edit: Oh, and if you need any additional info, I'd be glad to supply it. We're running Windows XP SP2.
