Gaming PC gone bad?

So I just recently built myself a PC so i could play WoW and Counter Strike. I put links at the bottom of each thing from where I bought them in case I messed up on the name.

The problem im getting is its still slow. I spent about 1k on this machine praying it would be great and perform to my expectations. From what everyone tells me its a good machine but im still lagging in game on WoW fluctuating anywhere from 15 fps to 60 in some places. Then when I play CS im sitting a constant 60 fps which i was expecting around 100. I think its a software issue but I have no idea where to begin. Any advice would be great, thanks.
