Hello--new to this forum! So I apologize if I'm in the wrong area. I have a LiteOn Burner (DVDRW SHW-160P6S) that I have used to burn CDs with no problem. I tried burning a DVD (used the computer supplied DVDLink software) and now the Burner drawer opens & closes on its own, inhibiting the ability to burn and read CDs and DVDs.

OS is Windows XP

Any ideas what may be the problem??? Thanks!
