Hi,
Have you uninstalled the driver and reinstalled them?
Go to the Device Manager>Expand the DVD/CD-Rom by clicking the + (it may have a yellow !)>Properties>Unistall
Reboot
Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers.

If that fails do this:
