Hi,

My HP Pavillion dv900 laptop recently started having huge problems starting up yesterday evening. You press the power button and it will sound like it is starting up, though then it will "reset" itself and start starting up again. It does this over and over again. Sometimes the screen will come on for a second, though windows will never load (Windows Vista). Finally after it does this tons of times, I may get lucky (like this time) and it will load windows and the computer runs fine. Any ideas? Or should I start shopping for a new computer?
