If Trend has expired, and you are not going to renew the subscription then you need to remove it via Add/Remove Programs.

These are User Profiles, that is why you can't delete them.

You appear to have a serious problem with your OS where by it is creating a new account when you log on.
I recommend creating a new user profile and when that is running properly you can delete the other (Temp) ones from the User Accounts Control Panel.
Let's make sure you are infection free first.

Link >> ActiveScan << LINK- Click the Scan Now button
- Follow the prompts to install the Active X if necessary
- Go and make a cup of tea/coffee/beverage of your choice and watch some TV :)
- When the scan is finished, a report will be generated
- Next to Scan Details click the small Save button and save the report to your desktop.
