I've downloaded the files and I'm beginning the process. One question: do you want to know how my system was behaving when I first contacted you or now? I've done nothing more than what I was told to do, but give me the word and I'll check it out. If I don't hear back by the time I've done the above, I'll post what I have and wait for your response before doing anything else on my computer. Thanks!
