I'm now having problems with some websites - for example my igoogle homepage isn't loading properly, hotmail page isn't loading, youtube is loading just text...

Could some of my settings have changed after running OTMoveIt3?

Edit: Ignore this - I'm assuming it's because my java is out of date. I will follow the steps above.
