Hi,
Just though I would let you know that my problem has been resolved thanks to Sony.
I was told to uninstal the issues in devices manager, then to reboot my lapton and hit f2 to get into the bios...
From there i reset the bios and saved the settings, when the comp was restarted my mouse was in full working order.
