Question PS/2 & USB Keyboards not working

Hi,

I bought a secondhand computer and when I turn it on it comes up with the BIOS setup page, which I don't know much about. Problem is keyboards won't work so I can't setup or get past it. It came with a PS/2 which works fine on my other computer but when I put it on the new one the lights flash once and then nothing happens. I went and got USB keyboard and put it in all the usb ports I can find and it didn't work either. No lights come up or anything.

I have no idea what's wrong with it???? If you need more detail please ask.

Any help appreciated! Thank you
