well, I dont have an extra wire ATM. But i plugged it straight from the modem into my laptop, and ignored the router, and there was no lag. So now I know it's the wireless. However, when I get my gaming PC, it will be upstairs, So I'm going to need the wire to be threaded through a hole in the ceiling, and then plugged in. So I'm going to need a very long wire as well. So it's obviously a professional's job. How much do you think it would cost to do that?
