What makes you think this is the router causing your issue. Does the PC act the same way if it is directly connected to the Modem?
When you recycled the router did you recycle the modem first, then the router, then the computer?
Meaning unplug all sysytems and follow the order above.
A wireless connection is almost half speed of what you may get on a direct modem connection (causing Lag).
I am not a pro on this, but I do know the way to recycle these devices should follow the order above.
