Not sure...NOD32/Eset are paid apps, with customer support. You might try them.

From your description, it sounds as though the machine is infected.

If you think your computer is infected....


If you don't think the machine is infected, the folks over in the Windows Vista section might be able to help you figure it out, if Eset customer support can't.
