Clean Log.

One last detail to take care of.

Go to Control Panel click Display>Desktop>Customize Desktop>Web> Now, Uncheck Everything and delete if present:

Privacy Protection

Also make sure the 'Lock desktop items' box is unticked. Click OK, and then Click Apply, then OK.

Post a new HijackThis log.

I'll have some final housekeeping procedures and protection information for you once that's done.
