Hi. . .

Sure - I'll run the dump. I need a few items from you, please:

- msinfo32 - NFO file format
START | type msinfo32 - hit enter | save as an NFO file (default file extension)

- Driver Query (2)
Bring up an elevated command "DOS" prompt -
START | type cmd.exe | right-click on cmd.exe above - under Programs | select Run as admin - copy/paste (to paste into DOS screen, right-click at top of DOS screen, select Edit, select paste - then hit enter if need be):

Code:
driverquery /v > %temp%\drivers1.txt
Code:
driverquery /si >> %temp%\drivers1.txt & start notepad %temp%\drivers1.txt
Those 2 must be executed 1 at a time, at an elevated level and in order. A notepad will appear upon completion of the second command - save it as a text file.

Last item - Vista health report in HTML format -
START | type cmd.exe | rt-click | run as admin - @ DOS screen -
perfmon /report

In ~60 seconds, output will open in an IE7 screen. Save it in HTM or HTML format (default - Page, Save As)

Please zip the NFO, TXT and HTM/L files up and attach to your next post. Thanks.

Regards. . .
