I am at work and am limited to certain sites by a firewall.

You must have had an antivirus/firewall from ISS installed at one time on this system.

The RSIT log shows this information:

======Security center information======

AV: ISS Proventia 9.0.226.2075 (outdated)
AV: Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition
FW: ISS Proventia 9.0.226.2084

Your HijackThis log shows this:

C:\Program Files\ISS\Proventia Desktop\RapApp.exe

I can help you find it later this afternoon when I get home. Let me know if you find it.
