I am kinda haveing the same problom. first things I would do is take out the video card, network cards, sound cards whatever is pluged into the pci slots. and turn the power on to see if the pc starts up you can tell by how the computer boots. if it does add hardware see if it does it again.

I had the same problom with my pc when I took out some hardware and would not boot back up till I put the wireless card back in and out again dont ask me why but sometimes computers can act up at times
