Whenever my laptop boots up, or comes back from standby, the whole screen goes blank for a second and then comes back. Is this normal for vista latops to do, or is there some software on my PC to cause this, beneficial or otherwise? It's been bugging me for weeks and I need some confirmation.
Running Vista 64 bit with 200 gig hd, 4 gig ram, and 512 video card.

Does anyone have some feedback for me?
