Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs) if they exist:
OneStepSearch 1.0
It's adware, or surreptitiously installed in most cases.

Using Windows Explorer, or Windows Search, locate and delete the following:
C:\Program Files\OneStep

Reboot, and post a new HijackThis log.
