hello again
1.. click on ( Driver Detective ) under my sig download it and scan for drivers that need to be updated and download them
2.. check the device manager and right click on the "unknown device" click update driver and just set it to browes c: ( this will see if theres a driver file or not
3.. do u have the video,sound card and other hardware installed if
as for now im lost as to what to do lol
