No I don't have anything to do with Norton and I've never heard of the GoBack program. And yeah I can boot, because I turned off DEP for explorer, so safe mode, last known conf. and regular boot will now get me to explorer but most of my programs crash when I try to run anything except windows media player. Isn't there a way to recover from cmd or something.. that's all I want to do now is a clean restart.. this stuff is just too much trouble.
