Laptops and their frames/housings are almost as unique as per their models. Given the specs that you posted which I do not have any idea of how the motherboard looks like, I could say that you cannot put it in.... I/O ports may differ, the size and shape may be different... and if ever they fit, the LCD video cable connector may not go in as the connectors for these can be unique too.
