Laptop error code?

I was using my laptop like normal on AC power, then it turned off and wouldn't turn on. I put a multimeter up to the AC plug and it is reading 15V (which is what it should read) The power light on the laptop is blinking an error code which is
short long short short long long long short
or
01001110
I read a post I found googling that said to reverse that code and convert to hexadecimal which results in a code of
72

I've been searching for what this code means and am not coming up with anything. The manufacturers website is just junk so far (250 page pdf files about how to burn CDs and other worthless info)

The laptop is a Toshiba satellite pro m15 s405
Can someone please help me diagnose this error?
