My first and biggest problem is that my anti virus program wont load upon start-up anymore, and it is finding malicious code in the file, but is failing to delete it. even tho my anti virus wont respond when told to run a system scan, it is however occasionally showing me a pop up window that reads as follows:

Malicious code found in file C:/SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION_RESTORE{5C396E07-833E-491F-BE3D-268D8F53BE05}\RP190\A0083418.EXE.

Infection: Packed.Win32.Poly Crypt.d

Action Failed

I have F Secure Anti Virus (which isn't working), and I just previously installed Spyware Doctor. The Spyware Doctor ran originally, found infections and deleted them, none that were severe, only medium threats. I restarted my computer, and since then The Spyware Doctor doesn't want to work either. I've tried a system restore but there is no dates available before the day I first experienced problems. I've also done a search for the file, but a pop up window appeared saying "Access Denied" I have a hijack this log it is as follows:
