Re: Random BSODs, freezes, restarts and booting problems... 64-bit

Hello!

Links to my other dumps? I would love to know what sort of dumps you would like!

I am not sure when I did update. I got my PC the 1st of October if I remember correctly. And my first bluescreen was the second or third of october. I'm not sure, sorry. When I got the PC I just let it finish the Vista installation, or user setup, wrote in the product key, chose my user name etc. Then it started installing updates and I just let it do that. I also tried to check if I had the latest drivers, Vista meant I had.

I did however update the graphics driver and update to directx 10.

Well. Since the bluescreens occur randomly, I cant really say 100% sure that the system is more stabile in safe mode. But the few times I have booted up in safe mode, I have had no problems.

I got two new bluescreens today btw. or one of them was actually a restart. But did create a .dmp-file. I have added those .dmp-files as well as one .nfo-file and a html file in the .zip. Enjoy :P

I did note the message on the bluescreen, it said something about win32k.sys. But I'm sure you will find out if you debugg them.

Oh. Im sorry, but the html-file is in norwegian. Dont know how to change language in the report :S Hopefully you recognize what is where :)

Thank you for tips, hope we can solve this without me needing to deliver it back to Zepto. That would be my second Zepto-PC I've had problems with. I actually got a good prize on this PC (Mythos A15) because of the problems I had with the other... I was without my own PC for more than 3 months because of that last time ... :/
