Re: do these bluescreens indicate ram stability issues? (ocz 1600mhz 8gb, p5e3 deluxe
Well.. i came home to a bluescreen.. this after earlier, re-plugging in all the usb devices..
I'm betting its either the 13 port usb hub and/or one of the devices on it.. or its the chain of usb i have going from my office, to the wall usb, to the living room, then on the other side, a usb hub plugged in there (4 porter), with 1 going to a camera, the other 2 going to another usb hub (both powered), in the same living room, where i then have 2 xbox 360 charge kits plugged into that usb hub..
The bluescreen i received was:
interrupt exception not hangled stop 0x0000003d
I've since, unplugged the other rooms USB cable, ill see how it goes for a day or two, then work my way back.
I've attached a mini dump file, i'm hoping there might be a clue in here to get a little more specific.. When i open it in my debugger the most i can see is that it may have been caused by ntoskrnl.exe
**About a day and half ago, i decided to do a checkdisk.. on doing this.. i had a bunch of files that resulted in "deleting index entry" and "recovering orphaned file".. i'm also wondering if i should try to restore these files from a back up, or if this is harmless.. i suspect the bluescreens lead to some data corruption on my C drive (OS).. some of the files affected were sapi.mof, scrcons.exe rsop.mof, schedsvc.mof, repdrvfs.dll etc..
