you may wanna try this,.
go to device manager =>, under network adapter, sound, display adapters...., and then click on any one of them, you should see something in that list. and then in that list, you should see something like Intel (R) pro 10/100.... try right click it and go to property. this will shows you the driver detail, and you should follow the detail path, navegate to that path and coppy that file, save into a usb. btw, you should do the same thing to all other component tooo, becaue usually when you reinstall windows they will ask you to reinstall your drivers again. so this might save you time of finding the drivers.

and how to install them back after you reinstall windows?
you juct click on the driver and navagate to the file you saved in your usb.., good luck
