Could not view hidden files

Hello,

My initial problem was that I could not view Hidden Files.
In Windows Explorer, when I clicked on Tools > Folder Options > View
Under " Hidden Files and Folders ", both radio buttons were selected.
When I googled about this, I came to know that this might me due to malware. Now this problem is fixed. But I following the instructions in this forum, and ran Active Scan and found that about 20 files are infected. So I need to know what to do next.

Here is my HijackThis log file. Also, do I post the Active Scan Log file?
