I know this might sound familiar to some of you out there, but please help me to solve this, its really urgent, since i need this pc for work, I would greatly apreciate it. so here it goes..

I bough the following components from tigerdirect.com:
- PCChips P23G v3.0 socket 775
- Intel Celeron D 3.4 GHz
- Two 1GB Corsair DDR2 DIMM RAM
- Thermaltake Silent 775D CPU Fan

the other components were taken from a broken pc i had (the hard disk, the floppy, the power supply, a video card. and the chasis)

the installation went fine until i powered it up and it didn't show anything on the monitor ( no signal ), so far:

- The HD was spinning
- The CPU fan was spinning
- I can turn on/off the 'Num Lock' light on the keyboard
- When i unplug the monitor the 'no signal' disappears
- The LED light is red.

** When i power up the machine, the CPU fan will spin fast for a few seconds then slow, then fast again then slow, a so on.. **

I researched the net for a solution to this and tried:
- Clearing the CMOS (and nothing)
- Removing 1 of the memory sticks (and nothing)
- removing the HD (and nothing)
- checked the monitor in another pc (it worked)
- removing the PCI video card (and nothing)
- made sure the board doesn't have contact with the chasis (it does not)
- made sure the CPU Fan is well fit on the board (not really sure, but it looks like it is pretty firm, and on the cpu)
- got on my knees and pray to god for a miracle (and still nothing)

After all this tries, the machine will do just the same, I dont know what else to do, any idea is welcome, any help is appreciated it, if you give me the solution to this, you'll make me the happiest person on earth, im really frustrated please help me...
