Hello, so i change my asus bios settings a little, now it wont boot! Please help

I have had constant screeching noises basically in any games with my new build. It comes from the psu and i read that the power to my gtx 280s could be bottlenecked. So i decided to raise the NB voltage of the bios a little and afterwards my system wouldnt boot. It would turn on however, so what i did was take the battery of the motehrboard out for 10 minutes and put it back in again. Problem solved. However, the PSU still screeches and I wish to figure out a way to be able to switch these settings without having to revert again. Please reply with suggestions or questions!

Thanks
