do these bluescreens indicate ram stability issues? (ocz 1600mhz 8gb, p5e3 deluxe)

I'm running on a p5e3 deluxe system with the q9650 3.0ghz (not over clocked) cpu and 8GB of DDR3 1600mhz OCZ ram (at 1333mhz) ocz3g16004gk 8-8-8-26 1.8v..

I was able to run OCCT stability test for 5 straight hours with no issue (mix mode), however...

As of recently i'm getting bluescreens randomly:

stop 0x0000003B system_service_exception and stop 0x0000001E usbstor.sys errors in vista x64.

I'm guessing these are memory related errors, despite running OCCT for hours on end with no problem?

I was under the impression that OCCT was pretty fool proof and if you made it say 2 hours this was like 24 hours with prime95, but apparently not?

*i've set everything manually in the bios, for instance:

FSB strap to NB 333Mhz
FSB frequency 333
PCIE freq 100
DRAM freq 1333Mhz
command rate 2N
The rest set to auto down to dram timing
DRAM timing Manual
CAS # Latency 8,8,8,26
The rest set to auto down to CPU voltage
CPU voltage auto
CPU PLL voltage Auto
DRAM voltage 1.80
NB voltage auto is set now i think (i think other values should be 1.42 to a max of 1.47?)

Delays of 250PS set for channel A and Channel B

Load Line calibration = Enabled
Transaction booster = disabled
DRAM Static Read Control = enabled
DRAM Dynamic Write Control = Enabled

The rest set to auto down to CPU spread spec
CPU spread spec Disabled
PCIE spread spec Disabled

Any thoughts?
