1) Toshiba laptop - does one pull the plug from the AC (wall socket) before one unplugs the cord from the laptop -- no rules but by practice I plug from the wall outlet first.
2) or does it matter if one unplugs the cord from the laptop, leaving the powercord plugged into the all at all times - again no rules but it is best to unplug them all for safety reasons.
