Yes yes indeed!!! Can someone (or more) please inform me what is the best to do if there is a best ...

1) Toshiba laptop - does one pull the plug from the AC (wall socket) before one unplugs the cord from the laptop

2) or does it matter if one unplugs the cord from the laptop, leaving the powercord plugged into the all at all times
