i have a dell e1405
the laptop lcd screen went dark the light wasnt working anymore
i did a lil research and figured it to be the invertor board and replaced this part
this did not fix my computer... the only other thing i was thinking was the lamp in the lcd but the problem i have believing this is....
when it was going out it would flicker on and off at random
after this on occasion f8 would bring it back on for a while
while it was on the screen would get really hot in the bottom right corner and this worked its way up onto the screen making it black

any suggestions would be appreciated
