I just went and bought another crappy one to try out, then I was gonna order a good one from newegg and return the other one. It's a 450 watt "NIFT". Says on the side +12V1 max is 14A, +12V2 max is 16A. I tried unplugging all the drives and still nothing. (HDD light was still on...?)
