I have a compaq presario v2000 laptop. The problem that am im having is that while i'm using my computer, usually after 30 minutes, the screen goes blank. I can see that the backlight still on but i can't see any image. I pluged in an external monitor to it and then when the screen goes blank the external monitor says that there is no signal event though before there was. I did some troubleshooting to check that it wasn't the inverter or the screen. i reseated the RAM. I have to hold the power button to restart which it does bring back the image but then after around another 30 minutes of use the blank screen appears again. Please help! and thanks.
