Hi,

Yes, please delete them manually if you are able to. They won't harm you from there unless you restore them. I am surprised that they are still present after emptying the quarantine folder.

Since you have no further malware issues, you're all set to go. The logs are clean.
  • Click Start then Run
  • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Notice the space between the Combofix and the /



    This will uninstall ComboFix. It will also implement some cleanup procedures and reset System Restore to prevent reinfection from old restore points.
