Usage Restrictions

Hiya guys i am new here, so a big hello to you all :)

And now for my 1st problem. I currently have Broadband/Cable Internet setup with a 20 gig a month download limit. Now across the road from me are a couple of girls from China for whom share my Internet connection via a wireless Netgear router i set up to help them out with internet access.

The problem i have now, is that 1 of them is getting VERY complacent and is OVER using my monthly limit!, so i kind of need to put a cap on what she uses per month! Now i can verbally tell her but that only goes so far until she gets stuck into her next Chinese Video YouTube Drama and the mind suddenly then escapes all logic and reason.

So how can i put a cap on what she uses per month either through hardware or software? Are there router settings i can put in place to limit her access to perhaps 8 gig a month? ...etc..

Some info on my hardware and Operating Systems and other crap.

Netgear Rangemax Wireless Router WPN824 V2

Dual Boot
Windows XP Service Pack 2
SUSE Linux 10.2

Thank You :)
