HAY people, I solved the problem!

so much trying, hours of going mad... it seems none of the anti-tools I tried was good enough! Uninstalled SpyWare Doctor with Antivirus and installed AVG AntiVirus 8.0 (FREE edition!) and >>BAMMM!<< 4 well hidden nasties were blown away and my machine was back under my control!!! Many protective process are now running under AVG and I feel so much relieved! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE IN THE SAME SITUATION!!!
