I have installed both these programs and they do not help......

The following is some of the things I check and tried today.
Under services
Windows Audio…everything is fine/started.

Under services
Window driver Foundation
Error 31: A device attached to system is not function.
Under the tab…dependencies…it says plug and play.
Missing a plug and play…
Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework
Manages user-mode driver host processes
Have tried to restart it and it keeps saying error 31.
Tried to recovery and it will not…

Under Human Interface D
Which controls the hot buttons on keyboards, remote controls
other multimedia devices….it will not start…and shows me an error 2
file systems cannot be found.
Under the Dependencies tab it says
Remoter procedure call (RPC) & it is the service it depends on to function.


Under services it says that the performance logs and alerts started and then stopped

I installed those drivers as suggested..

I keep trying different things and so far...it is a no go.

I do not understand along of the 'lingo" perhaps you an stop a problem from the information above.
