Hi, I really appreciate the help. I have look under the device.audio & sound tabs, all the tabs and it says that the drivers are all working correctly.
So frustrated am I. went in an gathered the following information on my computer...don't know have valuable it will be to solve my promblem.
I did upgrade to Vista and then found out that I have only limted usage and I did not like Vista and reinstalled my Win Xp...I did have a problem with the sound, but still had a warranty at that time. (several months ago) I think she had me unistall and reinstall and it fixed the problem and also think we did a upgrade to the mother board. which I have no idea how we did that.
I also got that horrible virus..antivirsuxp 2008 and had to do two system restores and reload all the drivers and software and did upgrades from windows. I aslo installed StopZilla and it took three scans..with upgraded fixes to rid my computer of the AntivirusXP 2008. The computer seems fine..only way to here sound is through ear plugs.
