IE message "IE is currently running with add-ons disabled". I have followed the HELP instructions to no avail as the TOOLS\MANAGE ADD-ONS is not accessible through the TOOLS option. Using a post on this website as guidance, I did a START/RUN/Iexplore which brough up an IE session without the "add-ons disabled" message WAS NOT displayed. Any help would be appreciated.
