Dropped laptop, help needed!

Hello,

I have a Sony Vaio laptop which is 18 months old and I accidently dropped it yesterday. Now when I try to switch it on it shows the following message

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32/Drivers/Ntfs.sys. You can attempt to repari this file by starting Windows Setup using the original Setup CD-ROM. Select 'r' at the first screen to start repair

I have just moved halfway across the world and didn't bring any setup CDs with me. Is there anything I can do to repair it (could it be something has come loose during the fall causing the error message?.

The laptop laned on one corner which has cracked trhe case a little but there doesn't appear to be any other damage.

Thanks

Kevin
