ok first of i have a gateway mx6131 labtop. i have taken it to best buy geek squad and had them check it out. basically the labtop was plugged in striaght to a wall socket and got power spike from the plug and roasty toastied the motherboard i think. the pwer cable goes directly into the labtop. i am having trouble gettin the laptop open to get to the mother board. i have all the screws out im 99% sure but i cant seem to get the bottom cover off. if some knows how to open it or has a website address with instructions it would be vary helpful.
