Heat, warranty?

I have a HP Pavillion tx1000 laptop and have been using it for nearly a year now..I think. Well the problem is, it heats up really really fast.

e.g Running on BALANCED with two Opeara broswers open (3 tabs in total)
Also running MSN
My laptops temperature ranges from 60-70
(I'm using a cooling pad and it doesn't seem to work at all)

First of all, I'm not really sure if this is a normal temperature for my laptop. If it isn't, can warranty cover to replace it? Or to remove the dust inside? I have compressed air but it didn't get all of the dust out and I refuse to open up my laptop to avoid the risk of voiding my warranty.

So..any answers? guidance? Thanks!!! :)
