Asus P4C800 Deluxe dead

Hi guys, I have a problem with a P4C800 Deluxe. It's a known problem: the solder glob shorts to ground a CPU wire, because of heatsink pressure. I removed the short with my ERSA Multitip, but now my MB doesn't speak anymore, neither beeps. With the short she said "System failed CPU test". I opened the socket and the pins at left are ok, the right ones are softly damneged (not close fine). Without CPU MB not power on, instead with short she said "No CPU installed".
I saw a capacitor partially burned near the POWER SWITCH connector.
What is the problem? Any suggestion?
Thanks a lot.
Bye
