I am unfamiliar with the QTFairUse6... app that you mentioned. Please tell me more about it. How long ago was this installed?
From the information posted on the Explorer app crash, I can tell you that the item "Exception Code: c0000005" = 0xc0000005 is an exception code generated by an kernel-mode application (app) and refers to a driver that is illegally attempting to access an area of memory that it should not.
For additional information go into WERCON -
START | type wercon into the start search box and hit enter. Check the areas on the top left of the screen.
Also look at the Reliability Moniter -
START type perfmon.msc into the start search box - hit enter. View the Reliab Moniter looking for the red X's and expand the trees below.
What anti-virus do you use and do you have a 3rd part firewall in addition/in lieu of Windows Firewall?
