Did update drivers- no new/better drivers found.
did c:prompt xxx and got NOTdirty response.
Last week the cd drive was used I,'m told, but I don't know what for or why....
Updated the drivers but they continue to show (!) in yellow on inspection. wrestling crocodiles is easier than this.....
